Our products come with an inclusive support agreement. We see ourselves as your partners, enabling you to be more effective. We believe charging you for individual support elements or on a case-by-case basis would interfere with our ability to best assist you.
Our end-to-end technical support includes setup and installation assistance, as well as checks to ensure you are getting as much as possible from our products. Our trained engineering staff will ensure our products are set up correctly evey time, giving you confidence they're gathering as much information as possible.
Our legal support is intended to make sure you get the maximum amount of information from our products allowed. We will be as involved as you wish in the process of using our products in the legal system, up to and including collaborating in writing briefs. Further, we provide sample briefs and information packets intended to assist in communicating with courts with all our products.
